He is (co)author of 15 management books on the future of work in relation to AI, blockchain and data technology. Paul is renowned for his invention of the digital assembly line and community model canvas. With expertise in entrepreneurship, international speaking, writing, training, consulting and strategy development, Paul is deeply committed to creating a durable, digital, decentral and more human future. His mission is to organize a sustainable prosperity and his ambition is to halve office work within a generation. More practically, he helps organization with developing visions, strategies and ecosystems and implementing new business and operating models. This is necessary for smart ESG/CSRD reporting or the development of an AI strategy. He uses data technologies such as IoT, blockchain, smart contracts, data logistics and responsible decentralized AI, together also called the digital assembly line. Formally, Paul is chairman of the Weconomics Foundation, CEO of Weconomics Solutions and CEO of Weconet Technologies. He is also program leader of the Weconomics certified programs and the AI & data experience lab on High Tech Campus Eindhoven. Finally, he is also Business Development lead for several startups and projects from the Weconomics network.
