I am honored and grateful that I could work with so many different clients, shared thoughts, ideas, knowledge and experiences as a trainer, consultant, project leader and entrepreneur. Some of my clients:

I am the ‘inventor’ of the Community Model Canvas and the blockchain based digital assembly line. I help leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals to navigate towards a durable, digital and decentral FutureNext with a focus on building ecosystems and applying the blockchain-based digital assembly line. The purpose of my work is to improve productivity by reducing digital waste and therefore creating surplus for sustainability. I combine new business- and operating models with disruptive data technologies such as the internet of things, blockchain and artificial intelligence.

I move between science and practice, I am an entrepreneur, international speaker, strategic consultant, trainer and (co-) author of fifteen management books. I have over 30 years of experience in designing and developing new organizational forms that are better suited to the new social-economic and political context, challenges and technologies. I am an expert in the field of the digital assembly line, the Community Model Canvas, blockchain organizing, data logistics and rich data. I work industry agnostic.

In addition to my work as a strategic advisor, I am also founder and chairman of the board of the Weconomics Foundation. Weconomics is a network of hundreds of partners who independently and together contribute to the mission and ambition: “Produce Less Achieve More: halving waste, especially office work, within one generation”. To realize this Weconomics, combines modern organizational science with data technology. This makes us more productive and this creates surplus that can be used in sectors where there are shortages, such as education, healthcare, security,  social work, democratization and the circular economy.

According to me, shortages in the collective sector can’t be solved with only more money, we also need more time. A large majority would agree, but that does not mean that we as a society are already moving in that direction sufficiently and quickly enough. It is my mission and of the foundation to get the organization of a broader and more sustainable prosperity higher on the agenda of politicians and management with the help of their APOLLO program: Advanced Program on Leading and Learning Others (learn/work programs, lectures, articles, books, events, conferences and training courses) and then to help with the step-by-step realization.

Besides my work for the foundation, I am also CEO of Weconomics Solutions, executor of the Weconomics Foundation. This company is engaged in the application of disruptive organizational technologies. Finally, I am also founder of The Institute for New Organizational Thinking and works for the Logistics Community Brabant and BrainBloC in Brainport Eindhoven, among others.

I studied industrial engineering and management science at the Technical University in Eindhoven. In 1992 I introduced the Harvard Case Method in the Netherlands, developed several master programs for universities and developed two PHD’s research proposals. In 1992 I also started Buro Staff Support, my first professional community. Since then I helped dozens of professional communities. In recent years, these communities more and more are build with the Community Model Canvas and use the blockchain based digital assembly line.

it is to act with yesterday’s logic.” (Peter Drucker)
